This weekend’s art show is in Mystic, CT, which is most famous for the movie based in a Mystic pizza parlor. Mystic is an old seaport and is very quaint, it is the classic New England ocean town.
The weather was tremendous today, the crowds were big but people weren’t in the buying mood, but tomorrow is another day. So after the show I went to one of the private marinas to see what pictures I could make.
Last year I got a shot I really liked and I was hoping to do even better this year. That doesn’t always happen, but I found one boat on the shore with sharp lines on the bow and interesting color. I worked the scene quite a bit and I got the best shot I could but it isn’t what I hoped for.
There is always tomorrow. At least the pizza was good.
